Course objectives:

The main objective is to inform students about influences playing role in business intercultural communication, the negative role of cultural stereotypes and prototypes. Cultivate the adaptability of students and their sensitivity to communicate mindfully with people of different cultural background in the multicultural workplace.

Requirements on student
|
1) Completion of all assignments during the semester
2) Active attendance at lectures and seminars
3) Study of case studies during the semester
4) Elaboration of two seminar works in teams.
5) Oral presentation of seminar works and written exam.
Evaluation:
10 points for the activities during the seminars
20 points for the team seminar works
20 points for the written exam
